Job Opportunity: Production Line Optimizer

About the Role

As a Production Line Optimizer at Migros Group, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations and ensuring optimal efficiency within our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing cost-effective solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze production line performance metrics and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce manufacturing expenses.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to manufacturing optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in process optimization, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data for decision-making.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
