Position: Cultural Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about fostering mutual understanding and celebrating diversity? We are currently seeking a Cultural Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating immersive and inclusive experiences for our visitors, emphasizing the multicultural aspects of our company and the local community.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement cultural events and activities that promote diversity and inclusion
Collaborate with various departments to integrate multicultural perspectives into our offerings
Research and organize exhibitions related to different cultures
Create partnerships with local cultural organizations to enhance the visitor experience
Train staff on cultural sensitivity and awareness
Monitor visitor feedback and make improvements based on cultural preferences

Requirements:

Experience in event planning, cultural promotion, or similar roles
Strong knowledge and appreciation of different cultures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
