Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, facilitating the seamless flow of resources and materials across our extensive network. Your primary focus will be on planning, coordinating, and optimizing the transportation of goods, ultimately contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to identify transportation needs and devise efficient solutions
Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation
Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes
Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders
Manage transportation-related documentation and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Proven track record in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in data analysis software and transportation management systems
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends
