Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative healthcare programs to meet the needs of our patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and promote the highest standards of care
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
Provide guidance and mentorship to healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatry, etc.)
Valid professional licensure/certification in the state of Wyoming
Experience in developing and managing healthcare programs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
