Position: Technical Solutions Specialist (IT/Software Development)

As a Technical Solutions Specialist at Teleflex, you'll be part of our dynamic Innovations team, contributing to the development and support of cutting-edge systems that revolutionize patient care. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in IT/Software Development to provide technical solutions, drive enhancements, and improve efficiency across our organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with industry best practices and meet project objectives.
Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to streamline operations.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and actively participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development and system integration.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM) is a plus.
