Responsibilities

Ensure legal compliance throughout the organization, meticulously reviewing and enhancing existing policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, providing accurate and practical advice to management.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement compliance programs tailored to our unique needs.
Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on legal matters, fostering a culture of compliance and professionalism.
Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring our operations consistently meet regulatory requirements.
Handle and oversee all legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Qualifications

A degree in Law or a related field, with a strong academic background.
Proven experience in legal research, policy development, and compliance.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch legal regulations and their application in a commercial context.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
