Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Monitor cash flow and perform cash management activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory compliance documents.
Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses to support decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile transactions.
Stay updated on financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience in financial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-oriented company.
Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
