Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze manufacturing challenges and develop innovative technical solutions
Design and implement advanced manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety
Lead research and development initiatives to continuously improve manufacturing capabilities
Provide expert guidance and support for the implementation of new manufacturing technologies
Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive technological advancements within the organization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
Proven track record of successful project management and technical problem-solving
Expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques, such as robotics, automation, 3D printing, or IoT
Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in both written and spoken English
