Job Description:

As a Fitness Program Innovator, you will be responsible for designing and leading cutting-edge fitness programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residential community. Your primary goal will be to create an inspiring and engaging fitness environment that encourages our residents to embrace an active lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative fitness programs that align with the latest trends in the industry
Create a variety of workouts, classes, and activities suitable for different age groups and fitness levels
Collaborate with external partners, such as fitness instructors and health professionals, to enhance program offerings
Provide guidance and leadership to a team of fitness instructors
Regularly evaluate and optimize existing programs based on resident feedback and industry best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a strong network of fitness professionals

Requirements:

A passion for fitness and a deep understanding of sports-related activities
Proven experience in developing and leading successful fitness programs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Certifications in fitness instruction or related fields
Strong organizational and project management abilities
A creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Fluency in German and English
