We are seeking talented individuals who can contribute their expertise in the field of research and laboratory to assist us in achieving our goals.

Position: Scientific Analysis Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

Design and conduct scientific research projects to gather data in various areas relevant to our organization, such as child development, social services, and community well-being.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social scientists, economists, and policy analysts to develop actionable and evidence-based recommendations.
Analyze data using advanced statistical methods and tools, and prepare comprehensive reports presenting the findings.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain accurate records throughout the research process.
Stay updated on the latest research methodologies and technologies, and implement best practices within our organization.

Requirements:

A strong background in scientific research and laboratory work, coupled with proven experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
Ph.D. in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Public Health) preferred; Master's degree considered with substantial experience.
Advanced skills in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and MS Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
Experience working on interdisciplinary projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
