We are seeking talented individuals who can contribute their expertise in the field of research and laboratory to assist us in achieving our goals.





Position: Scientific Analysis Specialist



Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct scientific research projects to gather data in various areas relevant to our organization, such as child development, social services, and community well-being.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social scientists, economists, and policy analysts to develop actionable and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Analyze data using advanced statistical methods and tools, and prepare comprehensive reports presenting the findings.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain accurate records throughout the research process.
  • Stay updated on the latest research methodologies and technologies, and implement best practices within our organization.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in scientific research and laboratory work, coupled with proven experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
  • Ph.D. in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Public Health) preferred; Master's degree considered with substantial experience.
  • Advanced skills in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working on interdisciplinary projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
