We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Destination Experience Specialist. As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative travel experiences that showcase the hidden gems of Kronobergs län. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and curating unique travel itineraries that cater to diverse interests and preferences
Researching and identifying emerging tourism trends to ensure our offerings remain fresh and appealing
Collaborating with local partners to develop strategic partnerships and enhance our range of services
Providing personalized recommendations and expert guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded
Developing marketing and promotional materials to showcase our offerings and attract new clients

Requirements:

Prior experience in the tourism industry or a related field
A deep understanding of Kronobergs län's tourism offerings, attractions, and local culture
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish
