Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all activities related to eco-farming in collaboration with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders
Develop and implement strategies to maximize crop yield, minimize environmental impact, and ensure compliance with organic farming standards
Manage farm operations, including crop rotation, pest control, irrigation, and soil health management
Promote sustainable farming practices and provide guidance to farmers on eco-friendly techniques
Monitor and analyze farm performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with research institutions, universities, and government agencies to stay updated on the latest advancements in eco-farming
Organize workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and raise awareness about sustainable farming
Participate in industry conferences and events to connect with stakeholders and enhance the company's profile
Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
Proven experience in organic farming, sustainable agriculture, or rural development
Strong understanding of modern ecological farming practices, permaculture, and renewable energy integration
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable farming
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
