Responsibilities:

Design and implement cutting-edge training programs to optimize athletic performance
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and other specialists to develop personalized training plans

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
Proven experience in performance enhancement, preferably in a professional sports environment
Strong knowledge of biomechanics, nutrition, and sports psychology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
