As a Performance Enhancement Specialist at Viken Foundation for Sustainable Development, you will have the opportunity to work with top athletes and fitness enthusiasts, developing cutting-edge training programs that will take their performance to new heights.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing customized training programs tailored to each individual's specific needs and goals.
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized strategies.
Collaborating with athletes and coaches to optimize performance through tailored strength and conditioning exercises.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in sports performance technologies.
Working closely with the research team to contribute to ongoing research projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Performance Enhancement Specialist or a similar role.
Familiarity with advanced sports performance technologies.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
