Enna Regional Cultural Heritage Foundation is an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Sicily's Enna region. We aim to protect and manage the historical sites, sculptures, artifacts, and artistic legacies of the region. Our interdisciplinary team is driven by a shared passion for cultural preservation and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Assist the legal team in managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to cultural heritage preservation.
Conduct legal research on relevant national and international laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide recommendations to enhance legal procedures.
Support the team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external organizations on legal matters.
Assist in organizing and maintaining legal records and libraries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or a related field.
Proficiency in legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Prior experience in legal research and writing is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
