The Role

You will serve as a Performance Coach, responsible for empowering athletes and individuals to achieve their goals through innovative training programs. Your expertise will positively impact team dynamics, enhance overall performance, and foster a cooperative spirit.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized training plans based on individual/team needs
Guide athletes in performance enhancement, injury prevention, and recovery techniques
Utilize cutting-edge technologies and equipment to optimize training sessions
Evaluate progress using performance metrics and adjust training programs accordingly
Ensure a safe and motivating training environment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Proven experience in coaching athletes in a competitive setting
Strong knowledge of functional movement, strength training, and sports-specific conditioning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work closely with teammates, trainers, and athletes to achieve collective goals
