We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our organization as a Wellness Consultant. As a Wellness Consultant, you will have the opportunity to interact with our valued customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized solutions to enhance their wellness journey.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their wellness goals and concerns
Offer expert guidance and recommendations based on each individual's unique needs
Keep up-to-date with the latest wellness trends, products, and services
Educate customers about the benefits of our innovative wellness solutions
Offer exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

Passion for wellness and a strong belief in the power of holistic approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
Ability to effectively explain complex concepts in a simplified manner

Prior experience in the wellness industry or customer service is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
