Position: Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for various operational aspects within our organization, ensuring the manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improved manufacturing techniques and processes.
Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate and supervise manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Optimize resource allocation and maintain an optimal inventory level.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Assist in resolving technical issues and provide technical support to the production team.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with established standards.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations role is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
