Job Overview:

As a Production Supervisor at CVR Energy, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet production goals
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
Implement and maintain quality control measures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote workplace safety culture
Optimize manufacturing procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Mentor and train production staff to perform at their highest potential

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations
Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in the energy industry is a plus
