Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of the company's operations.
Organize and conduct environmental assessments to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and ensure adherence to sustainability practices.
Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on environmental conservation and sustainability practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainable practices into project planning and implementation.
Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to environmental conservation.
Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making and environmental improvement initiatives.
Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote sustainable living.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental conservation or sustainability.
Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
