Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience, assist customers with inquiries, and offer product recommendations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with their needs
- Offering guidance and product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Operating and maintaining the point-of-sale system
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
