Your Role:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our global business opportunities. By leveraging your exceptional skills in market research, analysis, and relationship building, you will identify new prospects and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, projects, and markets for expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration
Create and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and global business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
