Position: Innovation Catalyst

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Visual Arts or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record of creating impactful visual designs with strong portfolio showcasing your artistic competence
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively
Strong project management and time management abilities
