Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain integration strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations
Lead cross-functional teams to align business objectives and execute integration plans
Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to enhance overall supply chain performance
Analyze key performance indicators and metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within the logistics and transportation industry
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and identify optimization opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in project management, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software will be an advantage
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
