Job Description:

As a Creative Style Curator at IKEA Skåne län, you will be at the forefront of designing and curating the perfect blend of style and functionality in our furniture manufacturing process.
Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative ideas that enhance the visual appeal of our products.
Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure that our manufacturing processes incorporate the latest trends and meet customer expectations.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging styles, materials, and finishes to ensure that our products remain current and desirable.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to source unique materials and accessories that align with IKEA's style vision.
Work alongside our product development team to create prototypes and samples that showcase the essence of our brand and meet quality standards.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency and sustainability in our manufacturing operations.
Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and new technologies to enhance our production processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creative design within the manufacturing industry or related fields.
Strong knowledge and passion for interior design, fashion trends, and home furnishing.
Excellent conceptualization and visualization skills.
Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into practical applications.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
