Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

Deliver outstanding customer service by providing personalized recommendations for vacation activities, attractions, and accommodations.
Create customized itineraries tailored to each guest's preferences, ensuring an unforgettable vacation.
Assist guests with booking arrangements, including flights, transportation, and reservations.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via email, phone, and in-person.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and develop innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the tourism industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of local attractions, activities, and accommodations in the Etelä-Pohjanmaa region.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
A team player with a positive attitude who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
