Position: Digital Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging online content that resonates with our diverse user base
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in our transportation initiatives
- Analyze user behavior and sentiment to optimize our digital communication efforts
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms
- Monitor and respond to user feedback and inquiries on social media channels
- Stay informed about industry trends and explore innovative ways to leverage technology for outreach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing digital engagement strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
