Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and select top-tier candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
