Position: Creative Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

Collaborate with our passionate team of artists and designers to create compelling visual content to support our campaigns and initiatives.
Develop innovative and impactful designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.
Design and produce engaging materials for fundraising events, social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in the creative process.
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies to continuously enhance our creative output.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design or a related artistic field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with our diverse team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Understanding of UNICEF's mission and values is highly desirable.
