Job Description:

Research and explore new technological advancements in logistics
Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into our operations
Manage and oversee the implementation of new systems and tools
Provide training and support to employees for using new technologies
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and suggest improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in driving technology-driven changes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
