Position: Eco-Culinary Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Eco-Culinary Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing eco-friendly culinary experiences in our facilities. Your main objective will be to showcase our commitment to sustainable practices, local sourcing, and reducing our ecological footprint.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and healthy menus using locally sourced, organic ingredients.
Collaborate with our team of chefs to create sustainable and seasonal dishes.
Implement efficient waste management and recycling systems.
Advise on eco-friendly equipment and energy-saving techniques for our kitchen facilities.
Educate and promote awareness among staff and guests about sustainable food practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef in a high-quality restaurant, demonstrating a passion for sustainability and environmental consciousness.
Deep understanding of local and organic food production practices.
Excellent knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage with team members and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of waste management and recycling principles.
