Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure accurate and reliable information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving business performance.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable insights.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay abreast of emerging trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Familiarity with statistical software and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.
