Responsibilities:

Conduct tea-related research and analysis to improve cultivation techniques, processing methods, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative tea products.
Monitor and analyze tea samples to ensure product quality and conformity to standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the tea industry and contribute to the company's knowledge base.
Assist in organizing and conducting field trials to evaluate tea varieties and growing conditions.

Requirements:
