Responsibilities

As an Ability Enrichment Coordinator, you will:

Design and deliver educational programs tailored to the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities
Develop curriculum and learning materials to support the programs
Collaborate with community organizations and schools to promote inclusivity and awareness
Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and make necessary improvements

Qualifications

A passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in program development and evaluation is a plus
An educational background in special education, social work, or a related field is preferred
