Job Opportunity: Tech Solutions Architect

We are currently seeking a creative and skilled individual to join our team as a Tech Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technological solutions for our brewery.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable tech solutions.
Architect, design, and develop software applications, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency and performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for their implementation.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Conduct quality assurance tests and address any technical issues or bugs that arise.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology or software development sector.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing software solutions, with a strong emphasis on scalability and reliability.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and databases such as Python, Java, .NET, and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
