Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Innovation & Performance Manager. As the Innovation & Performance Manager at Max Havelaar Switzerland, you will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring top performance, and contributing to our continued success in the market.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to promote fair trade sports and fitness products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for product and service improvements
Monitor and analyze market performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and social media
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights and inform decision-making
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to the senior management team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in marketing and innovation management, preferably in the sports or fitness industry
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainability, fair trade, and social responsibility
Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
