Position: Operations Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage scheduling, routing, and coordination of medical supply deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and other logistics-related data
- Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures for enhanced productivity
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient experiences
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in operations or logistics, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
