Position: Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Manage scheduling, routing, and coordination of medical supply deliveries
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and other logistics-related data
Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures for enhanced productivity
Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient experiences
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in operations or logistics, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
