Position: Retail Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Create and implement training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills of store associates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store layout, merchandising, and product assortment
Evaluate store performance through data analysis and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Identify and recruit talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our company's growth

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or training role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
