About the Role:
- Develop and implement innovative digital strategies to engage with our target audience.
- Create and manage content for various online platforms to enhance our online presence.
- Drive social media campaigns and track their success using analytics tools.
- Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital content.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members regarding digital engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize digital campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
