Role Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including bookings, documentation, and tracking
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
Monitor shipment performance and resolve any issues that may arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
Assist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior experience in the logistics/transportation industry is preferred
