We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Head of Aviation Maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our aviation fleet, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to optimize fleet performance and improve cost efficiency.
Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks, minimize aircraft downtime, and maintain high operational readiness.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality control assessments to ensure adherence to maintenance standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry.
In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
