Role Overview:

Lead our security team in ensuring the safety and protection of personnel and assets within the Western Cape region.
Develop and implement strategies for effective security operations, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and security service providers.
Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of vigilance and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in a leadership role within the security industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in risk assessment and emergency response planning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
Relevant certifications or training in security management will be advantageous.
