Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainability practices throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor environmental performance goals.
Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to reduce waste, conserve energy, and optimize resource consumption.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure progress and identify areas for further development.
Lead sustainability training programs for employees, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainable operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and managing sustainability initiatives within a large organization.
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess a strong sense of social responsibility and demonstrated commitment to environmental conservation.
