Job Opportunity: Innovation Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

Engage in creative problem-solving approaches to promote the future of agriculture.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify and leverage innovative opportunities.
Develop and maintain partnerships with industry experts, educators, and other professionals.
Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in innovation and technology within the agricultural sector.
Create engaging visual content and design innovative materials for promotional purposes.
Lead outreach efforts to bridge the gap between traditional agricultural practices and modern design principles.
Develop and deliver educational workshops and training programs related to innovation in agriculture.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in art, technology, and design to incorporate new ideas into our initiatives.
Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the North Carolina Future Farmers of America Foundation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in a creative role, demonstrating expertise in design principles and visual communication.
Strong knowledge of contemporary art, design, and technological trends.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with external stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think innovatively and propose creative solutions.
Passionate about the agriculture industry and its potential for growth through the integration of art, design, and technology.
