About the Role

As an Ecological Solutions Specialist at La Normandise, you will play a crucial role in researching, developing, and implementing sustainable agricultural practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluating and assessing potential ecological solutions for farming operations
Conducting research to identify and experiment with innovative techniques in sustainable agriculture
Collaborating with farmers, experts, and stakeholders to develop customized ecological solutions
Providing training and support to farmers for implementing sustainable practices
Monitoring and evaluating the performance and impact of ecological solutions

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A strong background in agricultural sciences, with a focus on sustainable practices
In-depth knowledge of ecological solutions and their application in the agricultural sector
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
