Position: Community Wellness Advocate

As a Community Wellness Advocate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals and families throughout Wyoming. You will be responsible for fostering health education, promoting preventive care, and supporting community health initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to develop and implement wellness programs
Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify community health needs
Organize and participate in community health fairs and events
Educate community members about various health topics
Promote health resources and services available in the area
Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of wellness initiatives
