We are currently seeking a Technology Innovation Specialist to contribute to our ongoing growth and technological advancements.

Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical technology needs.
Propose technology solutions and strategies to optimize processes and advance initiatives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in military/security technologies and their applicability to our organization.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in technology innovation, systems administration, or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
In-depth knowledge of military/security technology concepts and principles.
Familiarity with industry-leading technologies, tools, and software related to military/security.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
