Formulate and manage a full-cycle recruitment process
Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent needs
Develop and maintain a strong talent pool
Coordinate and conduct interviews for potential candidates
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Assist in the negotiation and onboarding process
Maintain positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of the tech industry and its creative talent landscape
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Passion for nurturing talent and promoting personal growth
Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
