Job Opportunity: Environmental Conservation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Research and develop innovative strategies for sustainable agriculture and rural development while maintaining a strong focus on environmental conservation.
Collaborate with local farmers, agricultural associations, and government agencies to implement environmental programs.
Advise on best practices for crop management, soil conservation, and water resource management to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable land use.
Develop and conduct training programs to educate farmers and communities on eco-friendly agricultural practices.
Engage in monitoring and evaluation activities to measure the effectiveness of environmental strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on projects related to biodiversity conservation, renewable energy, and cultural heritage preservation.
Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships and promoting environmental awareness.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in environmental science, agriculture, or a related field.
Proven experience in environmental conservation, sustainable agriculture, or rural development.
Strong knowledge of local and regional environmental policies, regulations, and agricultural practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to fostering cultural diversity and social responsibility.
