Job Opening: Sustainable Crop Specialist

About the Job

Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable agriculture practices
Conduct research on effective crop management techniques, such as soil conservation and pest control
Provide expert advice to farmers on efficient irrigation systems and crop selection based on local conditions
Work closely with farmers, industry professionals, and government organizations to promote sustainable farming practices
Contribute to the creation of educational materials and workshops to raise awareness about sustainable crop production
Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies on crop yield and environmental factors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture practices
Strong knowledge of crop planning, cultivation, and management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
